With ground floor entrance and living space, the apartment is ideal for guests requiring ease of access or those with young children. The cherry on top is free driveway and off-street parking, providing you with the upmost convenience.
Stepping inside the apartment:
- You will be greeted by a spacious lounge area with open plan kitchen and dining. With a comfy sofa, large bay windows with sea view and a breakfast bar, it is the ideal spot to escape to for the weekend with family or friends.
- The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances that you could desire from a home away from home including an integrated fridge-freezer, stove, combination oven, kettle and toaster. You will be able to prepare and enjoy delicious meals with whoever is fortunate enough to accompany you with ease.
- The hallway connects the kitchen to the family bathroom, which features a large bath tub to soak in after a long day exploring the coastal town.
- The sleeping arrangement is by way of one king size bedroom and one double bedroom, as well as a comfy double pull out sofa bed to accommodate up to six guests (please note, there is an additional charge for use of the sofa bed).
- The master bedroom also comprises of a walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and French doors leading out to the private garden that houses the lavish hot tub! The hot tub is covered by a gazebo, so you can relax and enjoy soaking up the bubbles no matter what the weather says.
- The addition of an external four seat dining table means you also have the option of indulging in some alfresco dining.
